At the age of sixteen, his agile frame was not to be underestimated when compared to any average man. Despite his strength not matching, Roy Guthren managed to finally kill a wandering, sickly Direwolf. Their encounter began a late autumn morning when Roy awoke to the sound of rustling coming beneathe his tree. Curious at the noise, Roy quickly hid inside the foliage of the leaves and peered out. From the brushes and forestry came a lumbering hairy quadraped of carnivorous danger. Yet at the same time, it exuded an air of sickness and fragility. Roy usually avoided fights with the hunters of the forests and took his chances catching small rabbits that popped out of their holes or squirrels that mistook him as part of the trees. This time was different. The Brown Direwolf ignored any threats spoken by Roy and stayed regionally around his tree, occassionally snatching up some hapless prey that had the poor luck of finding its mouth.
