We need to not allow any lizzard people become Quartermaster, it is a high ranking job made for intelligent and civilized human beings. This is why I think they are unquailfied for the job.
Firstly, according to the Nanotrasen Survey of Crime and Domestic Violence, 76% of domestic crimes are committed by lizards. 64% of intimate partner violence in inter-species relationships is agitated by a lizard.
So we have to face the fact that these lizards just aren't as civilized as the rest of us humans. It's just a fact.
