A Vampire's Guide To Winning.
I, in my experiance anyway, have found vampirism to be either the easiest, or hardest condition to cope with.
Obviously we need blood, lots of it. Generally becoming a medbay job, in my case a Psychiatrist, will put you close to the source of alot of blood.
Find yourself a dead guy who has yet to be cloned, or an ssd. Take any blood that works for their blood type, and as much saline glucose as you can. Pick your favorite corner of maint and get succing.
Alternativly, you may play the "friendly vampire" game, and ask for people's consent to succ. This method takes substantially longer, and is more dangerous as everyone will know what you are. However, through this method, I managed to succ Trey Lorenzo three times under the guise of therapudic blood draining.
