The book tells the tale of a man and a woman who resided in england in the year 2018 AD. The man and the woman were vary happy together and ahd a good life. The woman was a writer, and the man was a sucsessful banker. One day, the man disappeared and the woman was overcome with grief. After 3 horrible years of sadness and suffering, the woman finally opted to end her life. One day, a few years later, the man was found roaming in the gutter with no memory of who he was. Only a faint memory of a beautiful woman who he once loved. He was always on his own, as anyone who got near him turned up dead many days later. Some say they see the shadow of a woman following the man wherever he goes, leading him somewhere. One day, he was never seen again...-THE END-
