Catalogue of the Supernatural and the Extraterrestrial. Cult of Nar'Sie.
The Cult of Nar'Sie is a rather small religous order mainly due to the sheer amounts of death and blood that Nar'sie demands. They are undeniably powerful as there patron, Nar'sie, lends its strength to theirs. The most fundamental power that Nar'sie offers is mind control to flesh out a cult's numbers. This mind control is achieved by placing a rune on the ground and dragging people on to that rune. A cultist near the rune then activates it, turning a loyal Nanotrasen employee into a cultist.
Nar'sie's power comes at a cost and that cost is human sacrifices. I cannot say if these sacrifices allow the usage of Nar'sie's power or if it grants the cultist more spells. These sacrifices are achieved in the same way as a conversion. The only difference is that a sacrifice causes it's victim to explode making them unclonable.
