Part I: Were the Appropriate Actions Taken?

Depending on the severity of ones crime, different punishments or sentences may apply to them. If ones sentence is too harsh or long to be appropriate for the crime they committed, then they have been illegally punished by the security staff that handled their case. This might also be a mistake or misunderstanding of the law or case, so one should use their judgement to decide which scenario best fits their situation. If the officer or command staffs actions in ones arrest were completely justified, or just a result of a simple mistake, then it isnt much use trying to bring them to justice.
