Part II: Were You Handled Correctly?

One may also be a victim of security if they were not processed into the brig correctly. In this process, the arrest must be performed on the criminal, whether they surrendered or had to be forcefully detained. If the detainee is cooperative and doesnt resist, then force may not be used on them. The officer who performs ones arrest must have them restrained. Once they have been brought to the brig, the warden must be notified so that a note can be made on their security record. Next, the officer will bring the sentenced crew member to an open cell, and hold them over the cell locker. While they are still restrained, the officer must strip the prisoner of his belongings, including gloves, masks, backpacks, emptying pockets, belts, headgear, etc., but clothing may not be removed.
