The Nature of the Divine
Many claim to know the nature of divinity, either having fooled themselves or hoping to fool others. These individuals appear to possess remarkable powers, what many consider gods can create cookies out of the aether and others claim to receive powers from an eldritch god in return for their undying loyalty. However is power the only defining nature of the divine? If that is the case then surely wizards and witches are gods as well. It could even be argued that on this station, the AI is a god but we know that to be false.
While power does not prove that something is divine, it is certainly a characteristic of the divine. One must be cautious attributing an event or individual with the divine. Perhaps the best option is to assume that the true nature of divinity is unknowable.
