Decades
The year was 2027. The desert sun scorched the sand, illuminating the tiretracks ahead of us. We didn't know where we came from, or where we were going. All we knew is that the tracks in the sand would lead us to what we wanted to know. However, we got something different than what we asked for. She stood ahead of us, her thumb out infront of her. She looked exotic; chestnut brown skin, long, dark hair and an egyptian-style outfit. A few gasps erupted from the back seat as I pulled up next to her, and I looked at her for a moment. Little did I know, she would be the key to my future; the future that would lead me to where I am now: Space Station 13.
