Had excessive knowledge of lings even after been told by an admin, (Granted, he was told some of it by the captain--captain was dealt also). Was a scientist orignally and then became an officer. Claimed the reason he laserd one of the players was because she was a ling and a rioter. The player wasn't even an antag that round and was peacefully protesting against the captain.
