Neither suspected Brocolli of being a traitor, nor even did as much to disarm him. After killing he ashed the bodies with the cakehat and threw their brains in xeno cold room. His objective was to steal a slime core. Claimed to be worried about being exposed on the radio, but in killing the two scientist and staying in the same room with a live camera for 2 minutes, put himself at more risk of being caught.
